The first public hearing for the assessee Mr. Adriatik Llalla takes place

 

The Appeal Chamber held today on 16.05.2018 the first public hearing of the case No. 1/2018 (JR) dated 27.03.2018, related to the appeal filed by the Public Commissioner against the Decision No. 2 dated 16.02.2018 of the Independent Qualification Commission regarding the assessee Mr. Adriatik Llalla

The adjudication panel decided:

To request the representative of the assessee, Adv. Sokol Hazizaj, to complete the proxy No.1162 Rep., No.286 Col., stating in particular, the will of the represented, Mr. Adriatik Llalla to give authority to his representative, Mr. Hazizaj, to represent the assessee in the adjudication taking place at the Appeal Chamber.

To reiterate the notification of the appeal to the assessee pursuant to Article 64 of Law No.84/2016 “On the transitional re-evaluation of judges and prosecutors in the Republic of Albania”, and to notify him on the hearing session, according to Article 52 of Law 49/2012 “On the organization and functioning of administrative courts and adjudication of administrative disputes”.

The adjudication panel, after considering the opinion of adv. Sokol Hazizaj regarding the time needed to implement this decision, decided to adjourn the hearing on date 31.05.2018, at 10.00 a.m.
