The sequence hearing session of disciplinary proceeding against the Public Commissioner, Mr. Heral Saraçi takes place

The Appeal Chamber held, today, the sequence hearing session to review the disciplinary proceeding against the Public Commissioner, Mr. Heral Saraçi.

 During this hearing session, the Public Commissioner and his lawyer Mr.  Shaqir Hasanaj submitted the final conclusions.    

At the termination of the hearing session, the Disciplinary Commission withdraw to make the final decision which shall be promulgated on Monday March 12, 2018, at 15:00 p.m.
