Today, on 30.06.2020, at the Appeal Chamber it was drawn the lot for the replacement of the member of the adjudication panel, Judge Natasha Mulaj in the case (JR) no. 3/2020, dated 14.01.2020 corresponding to the appeal of the Public Commissioner against the decision no. 200, dated 16.10.2019 of the Independent Qualification Commission, related to the assessee Besim Hajdarmataj.
After the lot was drawn, judge Natasha Mulaj was replaced by judge Luan Daci.
The request for recusal of Judge Natasha Mulaj was accepted by a majority of votes upon decision no. 3/2, dated 29.06.2020 of the adjudication panel composed of judges: Presiding judge Luan Daci, members Ardian Hajdari, lna Rama, Rezarta Schuetz and Sokol Çomo.
Eventually, the adjudication panel of the case (JR) no. 3/2020, dated 14.01.2020, shall be composed of the following judges:
