Today on 26.04.2021, the Appeal Chamber held the lot drawing for the substitution of Judge Luan Daci, assigned as panel member on the case (JR) no. 3/2020, dated 14.01.2020 corresponding to the appeal of the Public Commissioner against decision no. 200, dated 16.10.2019 of the Independent Qualification Commission related to the assessee Besim Hajdarmataj.
Following the lot, judge Luan Daci was substituted by judge Albana Shtylla.
The substitution of Judge Luan Daci was made due to his suspension from office upon decision no. 14, dated 24.07.2020 of the Judges’ Meeting.
Eventually, the trial panel of the case (JR) no. 3/2020, dated 14.01.2020, shall be composed of the following judges:
