Announcement of decision

The Appeal Chamber, composed of judges, Sokol Çomo president, Albana Shtylla, Ina Rama, Mimoza Tasi, Natasha Mulaj, Rezarta Schuetz members, announced the decision on case (JD) no. 2/2022, dated 20.06.2022, pertaining to the petitioner Belina Zeneli (Kryemadhi) against decision no. 20, dated 31.01.2022 of the High Prosecutorial Council, with interested parties the High Prosecutorial Council and the High Inspector of Justice.

The Appeal Chamber, at the conclusion of the trial, pursuant to Articles 131 (1) (f) and 134 (1) (i) of the Constitution, as well as Articles 71 and 72 of Law no. 8577, dated 10.02.2000, “On the organization and functioning of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Albania”, as amended, unanimously decided:

The rejection of the appeal of magistrate Belina Zeneli (Kryemadhi), against decision no. 20, dated 31.01.2022, of the High Prosecutorial Council, “On issuing a disciplinary measures against magistrate Belina Zeneli (Kryemadhi), prosecutor at Dibra First Instance Prosecution Office”.

This decision is final, binding and shall enter into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
