The Appeal Chamber announces that today, on 02.12.2020, after reviewing in camera the case (JR) no.17 / 2020, dated 02.06.2020, corresponding to the appeal filed by the assessee Arjana Liço against decision no. 247, dated 05.03.2020 of the Independent Qualification Commission, pursuant to Article F, paragraph 3 of the Annex to the Constitution and Article 51, paragraph 1, item “b” of Law no. 49/2012 “On administrative courts and adjudication of administrative disputes”, as amended, decided to review the case in a public hearing on Monday, 14.12.2020, at 12:00 h.

The decision to review the case in public hearing was made to fix the shortcomings of the process and to give the assessee, Mrs. Arjana Liço, the opportunity to be heard and to submit her evidence and arguments.

The adjudication panel for the adjudication of this case, consists of judges:
