The Appeal Chamber held today, on 10.03.2021, at 10:00, the public hearing on the case (JR) 46/2019, dated 25.09.2019, corresponding to the appeal of the Public Commissioner against decision no. 161, dated 18.06.2019, of the Independent Qualification Commission related to the assessee Kastriot Selita.
While verifying the presence of the parties, the presiding judge noticed that the Public Commissioner Mr. Florian Ballhysa, who has filed an appeal for the case (JR) no. 46/2019, dated 25.09.2019, was not present. Mr. Ballhysa had informed the Appeal Chamber by e-mail that, due to health reasons, he was unable to attend the hearing and requested that it be adjourned for an appropriate time.
Given that the other Public Commissioner Mr. Darjel Sina, also due to health reasons, was unable to attend the hearing, the trial panel, based on Article 175, paragraph 2, of the Code of Civil Procedure, decided to adjourn the public hearing on 17.03.2021, at 10:00.
The public hearing shall be held at the premises of the Appeal Chamber, at: Bulevardi “Dëshmorët e Kombit”, nr.3. Tirana.
