Announcement of decision

The trial panel of the Appeal Chamber, composed of judges, Mimoza Tasi presiding, Albana Shtylla rapporteur, Ina Rama, Natasha Mulaj, Sokol Çomo members, announced the decision on case no. 17/2022, dated 28.03.2022, pertaining to the appeal of the assessee Fahrije Gjana (Vata) against decision no. 504, dated 28.01.2022 of the Independent Qualification Commission.

At the conclusion of the trial in chambers, the trial panel, pursuant to Article 4, paragraph 6 of Law no. 84/2016, “On the transitional re-evaluation of judges and prosecutors in the Republic of Albania”, Article 64, paragraph 1 (c) of Law no. 96/2016, “On the status of judges and prosecutors in the Republic of Albania”, as amended, as well as Article 95 of the Administrative Procedures Code, by a majority vote, decided:

Termination of the transitional re-evaluation process for the assessee Fahrije Gjana (Vata) without a final decision on the case, as the object and purpose of this process have become impossible.
