Announcement of decision

The trial panel of the Special Appeal Chamber, consisting of judges, Ina Rama presiding, Natasha Mulaj rapporteur, Albana Shtylla, Rezarta Schuetz, Sokol Çomo members, considered in camera case (JR) no. 2 – 19/ 2021, dated 19.02.2024, pertaining to the petition of Mrs. Elbana Lluri for the revision of decision (JR) no. 26, dated 06.07.2022 of the Special Appeal Chamber.

Following the review of the petition, the trial panel, pursuant to Article 498, paragraph 1 of the Civil Procedure Code, unanimously, decided:

Non-acceptance of the petition of Mrs. Elbana Lluri for the revision of decision (JR) no. 26, dated 06.07.2022 of the Special Appeal Chamber.
