The adjudication panel of the Appeal Chamber, chaired by Ms. Albana Shtylla, rapporteur  Ms. Ina Rama and members Ms. Natasha Mulaj, Ms. Rezarta Schuetz and Mr. Sokol Çomo, reviewed today, on 22.11.2018, in camera, case no. 16/2018 (JR), corresponding to the appeal of the assessee Mr. Tom Ndreca against decision no. 39, dated 17.07.2018, of the Independent Qualification Commission.

At the end of the adjudication, pursuant to Article D, paragraph 3 and 5, and Article DH, paragraph 4, of the Annex to the Constitution, Articles 61, paragraph 3, of Law no.84/2016 “On the transitional re-evaluation of the judges and prosecutors in the Republic of Albania” and Article 66, paragraph 1, item ‘a’ of Law no. 84/2016, the Appeal Chamber, unanimously decided:

  1. To uphold decision no. 39, dated 17.07.2018 of the Independent Qualification Commissions related to the assessee Mr. Tom Ndreca.
  2. This decision is final and enters into force immediately.
  3. Announced today on 22.11.2018.

The Appeal Chamber shall publish the complete reasoned decision within 30 days from its announcement.
