Today, on 06.10.2023, the Appeal Chamber held the lot procedure for the replacement of judge Ardian Hajdari, appointed as panel member in case (JR) no. 1-20/2019, dated 07.01.2022, pertaining to the request of the petitioner Artan Bajrami for the revision of the final decision no. 11, dated 03.07.2020 of the Appeal Chamber.
The replacement of judge Ardian Hajdari was due to his suspension from office by decision no. 13, dated 07.02.2022 of the Meeting of Judges of the Appeal Chamber.
Finally, the trial panel of the case (JR) no. 1-20/2019, dated 07.01.2022, shall consists of the following judges:
