The Appeal Chamber held on July 12, 2019 the public hearing of case (JR) no. 30/2018, dated 06.11.2018, corresponding to the appeal of the Public Commissioner against decision no. 43 dated 18.07.2018 of the Independent Qualification Commission related to the transitional re-evaluation of the assessee Ms. Nertina Kosova.
During today’s hearing the adjudication panel made available to the assessee and Public Commissioner the financial analysis drafted by the Legal Service Unit of the Appeal Chamber upon request of the Public Commissioner. In order to provide the necessary time to the assessee and Public Commissioner to make a statement with regard to this analysis, the adjudication panel decided to adjourn the hearing on 19.07.2019, at 08:00 h.
The public hearing shall be held at the premises of the Appeal Chamber, at: Bulevardi “Dëshmorët e Kombit”, nr.3. Tirana.
