The Appeal Chamber has registered the case No.4/JR, dated 23.05.2018, corresponding to the appeal submitted by the assessee Mr. Fatos Lulo regarding:

–          Overruling decision No. 12, dated 23.03.2018, of the Independent Qualification Commission issued against the assessee Mr. Lulo;

–          Confirmation in duty of the assessee Mr. Lulo.
