Today, on 02.02.2023, the Appeal Chamber held the lot procedure for the replacement of Judge Natasha Mulaj, appointed as member in case (JR) no. 24/2022, dated 03.06.2022, pertaining to the appeal of the assessee Mariana Shegani (Dedi) against decision no. 519, dated 25.03.2022, of the Independent Qualification Commission.

Judge Natasha Mulaj was replaced due to the request of the assessee Mariana Shegani (Dedi) for the recusal of Judge Natasha Mulaj from the trial panel, a request accepted unanimously by the decision no. 8, dated 02.02.2023, of the panel composed of judges: Sokol Çomo (presiding), Ina Rama, Rezarta Schuetz, Albana Shtylla and Mimoza Tasi (members).

Following the lot procedure for the appointment of the member judge, the trial panel of case (JR) no. 24/2022, dated 03.06.2022, shall be composed of the following judges:
