On 17.05.2023, the Appeal Chamber held the lot procedure for the replacement of judge Natasha Mulaj, appointed as judge of the Preliminary Review Panel in case (JD) no. 1/2023, dated 15.02.2023, pertaining to the appeal of the petitioner Shtjefën Lleshi against the decision of the High Judicial Council (formerly HCJ), for the Disciplinary Proceeding (JD) No. 100, dated 16.07.2014.

The replacement of judge Natasha Mulaj was made following the judge’s request to be recused from the trial of the case, a request accepted unanimously by decision no. 2, dated 17.05.2023, of the Meeting of Judges of the Appeal Chamber, composed of judges: Albana Shtylla (president), Sokol Çomo, Ina Rama, Rezarta Schuetz and Mimoza Tasi (members). The panel of judges of the Preliminary Review Panel of case (JD) no. 1/2023, dated 15.02.2023, shall be composed of the following judges:
