The trial panel of the Special Appeal Chamber, composed of judges, Sokol Çomo as presiding judge, Ina Rama as case rapporteur, Albana Shtylla, Mimoza Tasi, Rezarta Schuetz as members, announced the decision on the case no. 70/2021, dated 16.11.2021, corresponding to the appeal of the assessee Lindita Sinanaj filed against the decision of the Independent Qualification Commission no. 417, dated 08.07.2021.
In conclusion of the adjudication in camera, based on article 66, paragraph 1, item “a” of law no. 84/2016, “On the transitional re-evaluation of judges and prosecutors in the Republic of Albania”, the trial panel unanimously ruled on:
– Upholding of decision no. 417, dated 08.07.2021 of the Independent Qualification Commission, pertaining to the assessee Lindita Sinanaj.
– This decision is final and immediately effective.
