The Special Appeal Chamber announces that on Monday, 25.05.2026, at 10:00, a plenary session based on documents shall take place for case (JD) 3/2025, dated 03.11.2025, with petitioner Ms. Ajshe Xhafa, against decision no. 190, dated 02.04.2025, of the High Judicial Council, with parties at trial, Ms. Ajshe Xhafa, the High Judicial Council and the High Inspector of Justice.
