At the end of the adjudication, pursuant to Article 66, paragraph 1, item ‘a’ of Law no. 84/2016 “On the transitional re-evaluation of the judges and prosecutors in the Republic of Albania”, the Appeal Chamber, unanumously decided:

1. To uphold decision no. 33, dated 07.2018 of the Independent Qualification Commissions related to the assessee Mr. Luan Kaloçi.
2. This decision is final and enters into force immediately.
3. Announced today on 10.2018.

The Appeal Chamber shall publish the full reasoned decision within 30 days from its announcement.

The Appeal Chamber has registered the case no. (JR) no. 22/2018, dated 19.10.2018 corresponding to the appeal of the assessee Mr. Admir Thanza against decision no. 40 dated 17.07.2018 of the Independent Qualification Commission related to the re-evaluation of the assessee Mr. Admir Thanza.

1. To uphold decision no. 17, dated 03.05.2018 of the Independent Qualification Commissions related to the assessee Ms. Altina Xhoxhaj.
2. This decision is final and enters into force immediately.
3. Announced today on 10.2018.
