The Appeal Chamber held today on Monday, 16.07.2018, at 09.00 hrs., the public hearing of case No.2/2018 JR, dated 17.04.2018, related to the appeal filed by the Public Commissioner against Decision 5, dated 23.03.2018 of the Independent Qualification Commission regarding the re-evaluation of the assessee Ms. Mirela Fana

Due to the failure to appear in the session of the assessee or her legal representative, the adjudication panel, upon its majority of votes, decided:

To adjourn the hearing on Monday, 10.09.2018, at 10.00 hrs.

To repeat the notification to the assessee in accordance with the law.

To carry out the re-communication of Decision no.5, dated 23.03.2018, issued by IQC against the assessee.

To carry out again the communication of the appeal filed by the Public Commissioners against IQC decision related to the assessee Ms. Mirela Fana.

The public hearing shall be held at the premises of the Appeal Chamber at: Bulevardi “Dëshmorët e Kombit”, nr.3. Tirana.

Në Kolegjin e Posaçëm të Apelimit është regjistruar çështja  Nr. 8/2018 JR, datë 12.07.2018 që i përket ankimit të subjektit të rivlerësimit znj.Altina Xhoxhaj kundër Vendimit nr. 17 datë 03.05.2018 të Komisionit të Pavarur të Kualifikimit që lidhet me procesin e rivlerësimit kalimtar të subjektit të rivlerësimit znj. Altina Xhoxhaj.

Sot, në datën 16.07.2018, në Kolegjin e Posaçëm të Apelimit, u hodh shorti për caktimin e trupit gjykues, kryesuesin e këtij trupi dhe relatorin e çështjes.

The Appeals Chamber has registered the case  No. 8/2018 JR, dated 12.07.2018 of the assessee Altina Xhoxhaj against  Decision no. 17 dated 03.05.2018 of the Independent Qualification Commission on the assessee Altina Xhoxhaj.

Today, on 16.07.2018, the AC cast the lost on the determination of the trial panel, the panel’s chairperson and the case rapporteur.

Trupa gjykuese e Kolegjit të Posaçëm të Apelimit, kryesuar nga Luan Daci, relatore Natasha Mulaj dhe anëtarë Albana Shtylla, Ardian Hajdari, Sokol Çomo, sot, më datë 17.07.2018, ora 10:00, në dhomë këshillimi, bazuar në nenin 66/1 – a, të ligjit 84/2016 “Për rivlerësimin kalimtar të gjyqtarëve dhe prokurorëve në Republikën e Shqipërisë”, vendosi unanimisht:

Lënien në fuqi të vendimit nr.12, datë 23.03.2018 të Komisionit të Pavarur të Kualifikimit që i përket subjektit të rivlerësimit Fatos Lulo.

Ky vendim është përfundimtar, i formës së prerë.

The adjudication panel of the Appeal Chamber, chaired by Mr. Luan Daci, rapporteur Ms. Natasha Mulaj and members Ms. Albana Shtylla, Mr. Ardian Hajdari and Mr. Sokol Çomo, today, on 17.07.2018, at 10:00 hrs., in counseling chambers, based on Article 66 / 1 – a of Law 84/2016 “On the transitional re-evaluation of judges and prosecutors in the Republic of Albania”, unanimously decided:

Confirming Decision No. 12, dated 23.03.2018 of the Independent Qualification Commission related to the assessee Mr. Fatos Lulo.

This decision is final, conclusive.
