    Në Kolegjin e Posaçëm të Apelimit është regjistruar çështja (JR) nr.13/2019, datë 27.02.2019 që i përket ankimit të Komisionerit Publik kundër vendimi nr.90, datë 20.12.2018 të Komisionit të Pavarur të Kualifikimit që lidhet me procesin e rivlerësimit kalimtar të subjektit të rivlerësimit Adnand Kosova.

    Sot, në datën 04.03.2019, në Kolegjin e Posaçëm të Apelimit, u hodh shorti për caktimin e trupit gjykues, kryesuesin e këtij trupi dhe relatorin e çështjes.

    The Appeal Chamber has registered case (JR) no. 13/2019, dated 27.02.2019, corresponding to the appeal of Public Commissioner against decision no. 90, dated 20.12.2018 of the Independent Qualification Commission related to the re-evaluation of the assessee Mr. Adnand Kosova.

    The lot was drawn today on 04.03.2019 at the Appeal Chamber to assign the adjudication panel, the Chairperson and the Rapporteur of the case.
