The Appeal Chamber has registered the case  (No. 1/2018 JR, dated March 27,2018) corresponding to the appeal submitted by the Public Commissioner against decision No. 2, dated February 16, 2018 of Independent Qualification Commission  related to the process of transitional re-evaluation of the assessee, Mr. Adriatik Llalla.

Today, on April 3, 2018, at the Appeal Chamber, it was drawn the lot to assign the judicial panel, the chairman and the rapportuer of the case.
