Adjudication of the case in a public hearing for the assessee Mr. Adriatik Llalla

The Appeal Chamber, based on Article 65, paragraph 1 of Law No. 84/2016 “On the transitional re-evaluation of judges and prosecutors in the Republic of Albania”, notifies the subjects of the proceedings as well as all those interested, that on Wednesday, May 16, 2018, at 10.00 a.m., the case No.1/2018 (JR) dated 27.03.2018 shall be adjudicated in a public judicial hearing, regarding the appeal that the Public Commissioner has filed against the Decision No. 2 of the Independent Qualification Commission related to the assessee, Mr. Adriatik Llalla.

The public judicial hearing shall be held at the premises of ‘Pallati i Kongreseve’, at ‘Bulevardi  Dëshmorët e Kombit Nr.6, Tirana’
