Në Kolegjin e Posaçëm të Apelimit është regjistruar çështja (JR) nr. 27/2018, datë 29.10.2018 që i përket ankimit të subjektit të rivlerësimit Artan Broci kundër vendimit nr. 53 datë 31.07.2018 të Komisionit të Pavarur të Kualifikimit që lidhet me procesin e rivlerësimit kalimtar të subjektit të rivlerësimit Artan Broci.
Sot, në datën 01.11.2018, në Kolegjin e Posaçëm të Apelimit, u hodh shorti për caktimin e trupit gjykues, kryesuesin e këtij trupi dhe relatorin e çështjes.

The Appeal Chamber has registered case no. (JR) no. 27/2018, dated 29.10.2018, corresponding to the appeal of the assessee Mr. Artan Broci against decision no. 53 dated 31.07.2018 of the Independent Qualification Commission related to the re-evaluation of the assessee Mr. Artan Broci.

The lot was drawn today on 01.11.2018, at the Appeal Chamber to assign the adjudication panel, the Chairperson and the Rapporteur of the case.
