Kolegji i Posaçëm i Apelimit zhvilloi sot, më datë 20 dhjetor 2018, seancën gjyqësore publike të radhës për çështjen (JR) nr.9/2018, datë 19.07.2018 që i përket ankimit të paraqitur nga Komisioneri Publik kundër vendimit nr.22, datë 07.06.2018 të Komisionit të Pavarur të Kualifikimit që lidhet me procesin e rivlerësimit kalimtar të subjektit të rivlerësimit Edmond Islamaj.

Në seancën e sotme, subjekti i rivlerësimit shpjegoi mënyrën e përfitimit të çmimit të shitjes së autoveturës “Range Rover”, me targë AA …, duke paraqitur edhe një deklaratë noteriale të blerësit, e cila u pranua si provë nga trupi gjykues.

Trupi gjykues vendosi të shtyjë seancën gjyqësore ditën e martë, më datë 15.01.2019, ora 12.00, për t’i dhënë kohën e nevojshme Njësisë së Shërbimit Ligjor, pranë Kolegjit të Posaçëm të Apelimit, të vlerësojë efektin e provave të reja të marra deri në këtë fazë të gjykimit, në analizën financiare të subjektit të rivlerësimit.

Seanca do të zhvillohet në ambientet e Kolegjit të Posaçëm të Apelimit, në adresën: Bulevardi “Dëshmorët e Kombit”, nr.3. Tiranë.

The Appeal Chamber held today, on 20.12.2018, the public hearing of case (JR) no.9/2018, dated 19.07.2018, corresponding to the appeal of the Public Commissioner against decision no.22, dated 07.06.2018, of the Independent Qualification Commission related to the transitional re-evaluation of the assessee Mr. Edmond Islamaj.

The Public Commissioner and the assessee reviewed in this hearing the evidentiary value of the evidences that the adjudication panel had decided to be collected upon its interim decision dated 17.12.2018.

The assessee explained during the hearing the acquisition manner of the sale price of vehicle “Range Rover”, license plate AA…, submitting a notarial declaration of the seller, accepted as evidence by the adjudication panel.

In order to provide the necessary time to the Legal Service Unit of the Appeal Chamber to assess the effect of the new evidences obtained until this stage of the proceedings to the financial analysis of the assessee, the adjudication panel decided to adjourn the hearing on Tuesday, 15.01.2019, at 12:00 hrs.

The session shall be held at the premises of the Appeal Chamber, at: Bulevardi “Dëshmorët e Kombit”, nr.3. Tirana.

Në Kolegjin e Posaçëm të Apelimit është regjistruar çështja (JR) nr.40/2018, datë 18.12.2018 që i përket ankimit të Komisionerit Publik kundër vendimit nr.63, datë 06.08.2018 të Komisionit të Pavarur të Kualifikimit që lidhet me procesin e rivlerësimit kalimtar të subjektit të rivlerësimit Arben Dollapaj.

Sot, në datën 20.12.2018, në Kolegjin e Posaçëm të Apelimit, u hodh shorti për caktimin e trupit gjykues, kryesuesin e këtij trupi dhe relatorin e çështjes.

The Appeal Chamber has registered case no. (JR) no. 40/2018, dated 18.12.2018, corresponding to the appeal of the Public Commissioner against decision no. 63, dated 06.08.2018 of the Independent Qualification Commission related to the re-evaluation of the assessee Mr. Arben Dollapaj.

The lot was drawn today on 20.12.2018 at the Appeal Chamber to assign the adjudication panel, the Chairperson and the Rapporteur of the case.
