Kolegji i Posaçëm i Apelimit zhvilloi më datë 12.11.2019, ora 12:00, seancën gjyqësore publike për çështjen (JR) nr.33/2018, datë 12.11.2018 që i përket ankimit të paraqitur nga Komisioneri Publik kundër vendimit nr. 58, datë 01.08.2018 të Komisionit të Pavarur të Kualifikimit që lidhet me procesin e rivlerësimit kalimtar të subjektit të rivlerësimit Besnik Muçi.

Gjatë seancës së sotme gjyqësore, palët parashtruan konkluzionet e tyre përfundimtare. Bazuar në shkaqet e ankimit, Komisioneri Publik kërkoi ndryshimin e vendimit nr. 58, datë 01.08.2018 të Komisionit të Pavarur të Kualifikimit dhe shkarkimin nga detyra të subjektit të rivlerësimit.

Subjekti i rivlerësimit paraqiti kundërshtimet e tij mbi secilin prej shkaqeve të ankimit të Komisionerit Publik dhe kërkoi lënien në fuqi të vendimit nr. 58, datë 01.08.2018 të Komisionit të Pavarur të Kualifikimit.

Pasi dëgjoi konkluzionet përfundimtare të palëve, trupi gjykues u tërhoq për të marrë vendimin përfundimtar për çështjen, të cilin do ta shpallë më datë 21.11.2019, ora 11:00.

Seanca publike do të zhvillohet në ambientet e Kolegjit të Posaçëm të Apelimit, në adresën: Bulevardi “Dëshmorët e Kombit”, nr.3. Tiranë.

The Appeal Chamber held on 12.11.2019, at 12:00 h, the public hearing of case (JR) no. 33/2018, dated 12.11.2018, corresponding to the appeal of the Public Commissioner against decision no. 58 dated 01.08.2018 of the Independent Qualification Commission related to the transitional re-evaluation of the assessee Besnik Muçi.

During today’s hearing the parties submitted their closing arguments. In line with the appeal grounds, the Public Commissioner requested the amendment of decision no. 58, dated 01.08.2018 of the Independent Qualification Commission and dismissal from office of the assessee.

The assessee submitted his objections to each appeal ground of the Public Commissioner and requested the upholding of decision no. 58, dated 01.08.2018 of the Independent Qualification Commission.

Following the final conclusions of the parties, the adjudication panel withdrew to make the final decision on the case, to be announced on 21.11.2019, at 11:00 h.

The public hearing shall be held at the premises of the Appeal Chamber, at: Bulevardi “Dëshmorët e Kombit”, nr.3. Tirana.
