Kolegji i Posaçëm i Apelimit zhvilloi më datë 25 mars 2019, seancën gjyqësore publike të radhës për çështjen (JR) nr.13/2018, datë 07.09.2018 që i përket ankimit të paraqitur nga Komisioneri Publik kundër vendimit nr.32, datë 05.07.2018 të Komisionit të Pavarur të Kualifikimit që lidhet me procesin e rivlerësimit kalimtar të subjektit të rivlerësimit Alma Brati.

Gjatë seancës së sotme gjyqësore, trupi gjykues njohu subjektin e rivlerësimit me rezultatet e analizës financiare të kryer nga Njësia e Shërbimit Ligjor pranë Kolegjit të Posaçëm të Apelimit, si rrjedhojë e provave të paraqituara nga subjekti dhe provave të tjera të marra kryesisht nga trupi gjykues.

Për t’i dhënë kohën e nevojshme subjektit të rivlerësimit për të dhënë shpjegime mbi rezultatet e analizës financiare, trupi gjykues vendosi të shtyjë seancën gjyqësore publike, më datë 12.04.2019, ora 10:00.

Seanca do të zhvillohet në ambientet e Kolegjit të Posaçëm të Apelimit, në adresën: Bulevardi “Dëshmorët e Kombit”, nr.3. Tiranë.

The Appeal Chamber held on March 26, 2019, the next public hearing of case (JR) no.9/2018, dated 19.07.2018, corresponding to the appeal of the Public Commissioner against decision no.22, dated 07.06.2018, of the Independent Qualification Commission related to the transitional re-evaluation of the assessee Mr. Edmond Islamaj.

During today’s hearing, the assessee, to the purpose of justifying his private trips abroad, submitted certain original documents, not legalized, requested in the previous hearing by the adjudication panel.

The Public Commissioner stated that he shall make a statement with regard to the submitted documentation only when it is submitted with an apostille, as required by the law.

The assessee claimed that the documents were submitted for authentication in Italy, and requested the adjudication panel to adjourn the hearing for a time period of three weeks, until the completion of this process.

In order to provide the necessary time to the assessee to submit this documentation in the form required by law, the adjudication panel decided to adjourn the hearing on Wednesday, on 17.04.2019, at 10.00 h.

The hearing shall be held at the premises of the Appeal Chamber, at: Bulevardi “Dëshmorët e Kombit”, nr.3. Tirana.
