Kolegji i Posaçëm i Apelimit zhvilloi sot, më datë 13.09.2021, ora 10:00, seancën gjyqësore publike të çështjes (JR) 60/2020, datë 18.12.2020, që i përket ankimit të Komisionerit Publik kundër vendimit të Komisionit të Pavarur të Kualifikimit nr. 316, datë 17.11.2020, që lidhet me subjektin e rivlerësimit Ibrahim Hoxha.

Gjatë verifikimit të prezencës së palëve, relatorja e çështjes bëri me dije se për arsye shëndetësore, kryesuesja e seancës e kishte të pamundur prezencën në seancën e sotme gjyqësore.

Në këto kushte, për shkak të pamundësisë për të formuar trupën gjykuese, u vendos shtyrja e seancës gjyqësore për në datën 04 tetor 2021, në orën 10:00.

Seanca gjyqësore publike do të zhvillohet në ambientet e Kolegjit të Posaçëm të Apelimit, në adresën: Bulevardi “Dëshmorët e Kombit”, nr.3. Tiranë.

On 13.09.2021, the Appeal Chamber drew the lot for the substitution of Judge Natasha Mulaj, appointed as a member of the case (JR) no. 8/2020, dated 07.02.2020, related to the appeal of the assessee Arben Vrioni against decision no. 214, dated 22.11.2019, of the Independent Qualification Commission,

The substitution of Judge Natasha Mulaj was carried out due to her incapacity on objective grounds.

Following the drawing of the lot, for the appointment of a member judge, the trial panel of the case (JR) no. 8/2020, dated 07.02.2020, is composed of the following judges:

Today, on 13.09.2021, at 10:00 h, the Appeal Chamber held the public hearing of case (JR) 60/2020, dated 18.12.2020, corresponding to the appeal of the Public Commissioner against decision no. 316, dated 17.12.2020, of the Independent Commission of Qualification, related to the assessee Ibrahim Hoxha.

During the verification of the presence of the parties, the case rapporteur informed the court that due to health reasons, the presiding judge found it impossible to attend today’s hearing.

In these terms, due to the impossibility to form the trial panel, it was decided to adjourn the hearing until October 4, 2021, at 10:00h.

The public hearing shall take place in the premises of the Appeal Chamber, at: Boulevard “Dëshmorët e Kombit”, no.3. Tirana.

Ditën e enjte, më datë 30.09.2021, ora 10:00, do të gjykohet në seancë gjyqësore publike çështja (JR) nr.53/2020 datë 24.11.2020 që i përket ankimit të Komisionerit Publik kundër vendimit të Komisionit të Pavarur të Kualifikimit nr. 286, datë 04.08.2020, që lidhet me subjektin e rivlerësimit Genti Shala.

Sot, në datën 14.09.2021, në Kolegjin e Posaçëm të Apelimit u hodh shorti për caktimin e trupit gjykues, kryesuesin e këtij trupi dhe relatorin e çështjes.

The Appeal Chamber has registered the case (JR) no. 51/2021, dated 08.09.2021 corresponding to the appeal of the assessee Olsi Xhavella against decision no. 357, dated 18.03.2021 of the Independent Qualification Commission.

Today on 14.09.2021, the lot was drawn at the Appeal Chamber to assign the trial panel, the presiding judge, and the rapporteur of the case.

On Tuesday 27.07.2021, the Appeal Chamber reviewed in camera the case no. (JR) 8/2020, dated 07.02.2020, corresponding to the appeal of the assessee Arben Vrioni filed against decision no. 214, dated 22.11.2019 of the Independent Qualification Commission.

Following the review of the case, pursuant to article F, paragraph 3 of the Annex to Constitution and article 51, paragraph 1, item “b” of law no.49/2012 on “Administrative Courts and Adjudication of Administrative Disputes” as amended, the trial panel decided to adjudicate the case in public hearing, on Wednesday 15.09.2021, at 10:00.

The decision to adjudicate the case in public hearing was made to guarantee to the assessee Arben Vrioni the protection of the fundamental rights regarding the examination of his case.

The Appeal Chamber held on 16.09.2021, at 13:00 h, the public hearing of case (JR) 30/2021, dated 02.06.2021, corresponding to the appeal of the Public Commissioner against decision no. 374, dated 23.04.2021, of the Independent Commission of Qualification, related to the assessee Shkëlqim Miri.

The presiding judge informed that at the previous hearing dated 08.09.2021, the trial panel withdrew to make the final decision, to be announced in today’s hearing, but in the absence of the case rapporteur for objective health reasons, the trial panel was unable to reach a final decision.

Under such circumstances, the trial panel decided ti re-withdrew to make the decision, to be announced on 07.10.2021, at 12:00h.
