Today, on 09.02.2021, at 10:00 h, the Appeal Chamber held the public hearing of case (JR) no.51/2020, dated 23.11.2020, corresponding to the appeal of the assessee Alaudin Malaj against decision no. 294, dated 15.09.2020, of the Independent Qualification Commission.

During the verification of the presence of the parties, the presiding judge noticed the absence of the assessee, Mr. Alaudin Malak and informed that Mr. Malaj had addressed a written request to the Appeal Chamber, accompanied by a medical report, requesting the postponement of the hearing for objective impossibility due to health reasons.

Pursuant to Article 175, second paragraph, of the Civil Procedures Code, the panel decided to adjourn the hearing of the case on 17.02.2021, at 1:00 h.

The public hearing will take place in the premises of the Appeal Chamber, at: Boulevard “Dëshmorët e Kombit”, no.3. Tirana.
