On Wednesday, 19.02.2020, at 10:00 h, the Appeal Chamber shall review in a public hearing case (JR) no. 10/2019, dated 19.02.2019, corresponding to the appeal of the Public Commissioner against decision no. 86, dated 17.12.2018 of the Independent Qualification Commission related to the transitional re-evaluation of the assessee Alma Kolgjoka.

The adjudication panel of this case is composed of judges:

    The Appeal Chamber opened today, on 03.12.2025, at 10:00, the hearing in camera of case (JR) 49/2024, dated 10.12.2024, pertaining to the appeal of the assessee Dashnor Nure against decision no. 793, dated 04.09.2024 of the Independent Qualification Commission.

    Due to the failure to form a full trial panel, the hearing was postponed to 04.12.2025, at 09:00.

    The hearing in camera shall take place at the premises of the Appeal Chamber, at Boulevard “Dëshmorët e Kombit”, no. 3. Tirana.
