The Appeal Chamber has registered the case (JR) no. 37/2021, dated 07.07.2021 corresponding to the appeal of the assessee Ramazan Avdiu filed against decision no. 381, dated 06.05.2021 of the Independent Qualification Commission.

Today on 12.07.2021, the Appeal Chamber held the lot drawing to assign the trial panel, the Presiding judge and the Rapporteur of the case.

    On Thursday, 11.12.2025, at 10:00, the Appeal Chamber shall consider in camera case (JR) no. 40/2024, dated 21.10.2024, pertaining to the appeal of the assessee Rajmonda Berisha (Kopaçi) against decision no. 780, dated 03.07.2024, of the Independent Qualification Commission.
