On 13.09.2021, the Appeal Chamber drew the lot for the substitution of Judge Natasha Mulaj, appointed as a member of the case (JR) no. 8/2020, dated 07.02.2020, related to the appeal of the assessee Arben Vrioni against decision no. 214, dated 22.11.2019, of the Independent Qualification Commission,

The substitution of Judge Natasha Mulaj was carried out due to her incapacity on objective grounds.

Following the drawing of the lot, for the appointment of a member judge, the trial panel of the case (JR) no. 8/2020, dated 07.02.2020, is composed of the following judges:

    On Monday, 06.10.2025, at 10:00, the Appeal Chamber shall consider in a public hearing case (JR) no. 42/2024, dated 28.10.2024, pertaining to the appeal of the Public Commissioner against decision no. 779, dated 28.06.2024 of the Independent Qualification Commission, related to the assessee Aurel Zarka.

    The trial panel of this case shall consist of the following judges:
