On 03.11.2023, the Appeal Chamber has registered case (JD) no. 4/2023, with petitioner Sali Hasa and with the subject “Objection to decision no. 284, dated 17.07.2023 of the High Prosecutorial Council “On issuing the disciplinary measure against the prosecutor Sali Hasa”.

    The Appeal Chamber opened today, on 03.12.2025, at 10:00, the hearing in camera of case (JR) 49/2024, dated 10.12.2024, pertaining to the appeal of the assessee Dashnor Nure against decision no. 793, dated 04.09.2024 of the Independent Qualification Commission.

    Due to the failure to form a full trial panel, the hearing was postponed to 04.12.2025, at 09:00.

    The hearing in camera shall take place at the premises of the Appeal Chamber, at Boulevard “Dëshmorët e Kombit”, no. 3. Tirana.
