The Appeal Chamber held today, on 09.11.2023, at 10:00, the plenary session on the basis of documents for the case (JD) 2/2023, dated 30.03.2023, with petitioner Majlinda Salillari (Mançellari), against decision no. 117, dated 17.09.2001, of the High Council of Justice, with interested party, the High Judicial Council.

The trial panel, in order to personally notify the petitioner Majlinda Salillari (Mançellari) and her representatives according to the special power of attorney, av. Juljan Hashorva and av. Erhart Dedja, decided to postpone the hearing in chambers to 15.12.2023, at 09:30.

The hearing in chambers shall take place at the premises of the Appeal Chamber, at Boulevard “Dëshmorët e Kombit”, no. 3, Tirana.
