Today, on 29.04.2025, at 15:00, the trial panel of the Appeal Chamber, consisting of judges, Natasha Mulaj, presiding, Ina Rama, rapporteur, Albana Shtylla, Rezarta Schuetz, Sokol Çomo, members, reviewed in camera case no. 26-30/2018 (JR), dated 24.02.2023, pertaining to the petition of Mr. Ahmet Jangulli for the revision of the judicial decision no. 30 (JR), dated 18.11.2019 of the Appeal Chamber.

Pursuant to Article 448 of the Civil Procedure Code, the trial panel decided to merge the two petitions for the revision of decision no. 30, dated 18.11.2019 of the Appeal Chamber, namely the petition no. 270 Prot., dated 24.02.2023 and the petition no. 47/4 Prot., dated 18.12.2024, to be tried in a single trial, within the framework of case (JR) 26-38/2018, dated 24.02.2023.

In order to notify this decision to the assessee, the trial panel decided to postpone the hearing to 15.05.2025, at 09:30.

The hearing in camera shall take place at the premises of the Appeal Chamber, at Boulevard “Dëshmorët e Kombit”, no. 3, Tirana.

    On Monday, 06.10.2025, at 10:00, the Appeal Chamber shall consider in a public hearing case (JR) no. 42/2024, dated 28.10.2024, pertaining to the appeal of the Public Commissioner against decision no. 779, dated 28.06.2024 of the Independent Qualification Commission, related to the assessee Aurel Zarka.
