On 11.06.2025, the Appeal Chamber held the lot procedure to replace Judge Natasha Mulaj, appointed as panel member in case (JR) no. 7/2023, dated 14.02.2023, pertaining to the appeal of the Public Commissioner against decision no. 605, dated 21.12.2022, of the Independent Qualification Commission, related to the assessee Armida Hamiti (Moçka).

The replacement of Judge Mulaj was made in view the request of assessee Armida Hamiti (Moçka) for the recusal of the judge from the case, such a request accepted by decision no. 21, dated 10.06.2025, by the trial panel consisting of judges: Rezarta Schuetz (presiding), Sokol Çomo, Ina Rama, Albana Shtylla and Mimoza Tasi (members).

Following the lot procedure for the appointment of the member judge, the trial panel of case (JR) no. 7/2023, dated 14.02.2023, shall consist of the following judges:

On Thursday, 03.07.2025, at 10:00, the Appeal Chamber shall consider in camera case (JR) no. 9/2023, dated 27.02.2023, pertaining the appeal of the assessee Andri Ymeri against decision no. 604, dated 21.12.2022 of the Independent Qualification Commission.

The trial panel of this case shall consist of the following judges:
