Today, on 15.04.2024, at 10:00, the Appeal Chamber opened the hearing in chambers of case (JR) 79/2021, dated 15.12.2021, pertaining to the appeal of the assessee Ardian Braho against decision no. 469, dated 01.11.2021 of the Independent Qualification Commission.

To the purpose of providing the necessary time period to the Legal Service Unit to submit additional clarifications on certain legal and economic issues, the hearing in chambers was postponed to 25.04.2024, at 10:00.

The hearing in chambers shall take place at the premises of the Appeal Chamber, at Boulevard “Dëshmorët e Kombit”, no. 3, Tirana.

    The Special Appeal Chamber informs that on Monday, 11.05.2026, at 10:00, a plenary session on the basis of documents shall take place for the consideration of case (JD) 4/2023, dated 17.07.2023, with appellant Mr. Sali Hasa, against decision no. 284, dated 17.07.2003, of the High Prosecutorial Council, with parties at trial, Mr. Sali Hasa, the High Prosecutorial Council and the High Inspector of Justice.
