The Appeal Chamber announces that on Tuesday, 24.10.2023, at 10:00 a.m., a plenary session on the basis of documents will be held for the case (JD) 2/2022, dated 20.06.2022, with petitioner Belina Kryemadhi, against decision no. 20, dated 31.01.2022 of the High Prosecutorial Council, with interested parties the High Prosecutorial Council and the High Inspector of Justice.
