The trial panel of the Appeal Chamber, consisting of judges, Natasha Mulaj, presiding, Ina Rama rapporteur, Albana Shtylla, Mimoza Tasi, Sokol Çomo, members, held today the hearing in chambers of case (JR) no. 34/2022, dated 21.07 .2022, pertaining to the appeal of the assessee Esmeralda Maillard (Ndoci) against decision no. 532, dated 18.05.2022 of the Independent Qualification Commission.

Due to objective reasons, the trial panel decided to postpone the hearing to 25.10.2022, at 12:00.

The hearing in chambers will take place in the premises of the Appeal Chamber, at Boulevard “Dëshmorët e Kombit”, no. 3, Tirana.
