On 20.06.2023, the Appeal Chamber reviewed in chambers case no. (JR) 23/2021, dated 10.05.2021, pertaining to the appeal of the assessee Aleks Nikolli against decision no. 290, dated 10.08.2020 of the Independent Commission of Qualification.

Following the consideration of the case in chambers, the trial panel, pursuant to Article 51, paragraph 1 (b) of Law 49/2012 “On administrative courts and adjudication of administrative disputes”, as amended, decided to transfer the review of the case in a public hearing, since the decision of the IQC against which the appeal was submitted was based on serious procedural violations, as well as to provide the assessee an opportunity to be heard regarding the property residential apartment with two side additions, located in Lezha town.

The public hearing shall take place on Wednesday, 12.07.2023, at 10.30.
