On 02.10.2025, the Special Appeals Chamber reviewed in camera the case with registration number (JR) 31/2023, dated 17.07.2023, pertaining to the appeal of the assessee Armand Gurakuqi filed against the decision of the Independent Qualification Commission, no. 652, dated 28.04.2023.
After having reviewed the case in camera, the trial panel, pursuant to Article 51, paragraph 1, item “b” of Law 49/2012 “On Administrative Courts and the Adjudication of Administrative Disputes”, as amended, decided to continue the adjudication of this case in a public hearing, in order to accurately and completely determine the factual situation regarding the borrowing relationship between the spouse of the assessee and Mr. F. Sh., as well as the cooperation relationship between the spouse of the assessee and Mr. Z. Z., partner at the investment company “A.C.” ShPK.
The public hearing shall be held on 27.10.2025, at 11:00.
