The Appeal Chamber announces that the public hearing on the case (JR) no.21 / 2020, dated 26.06.2020, related to the appeal of the Public Commissioner against decision no. 249, dated 06.03.2020 of the Independent Qualification Commission for the assessee Piro Samara, scheduled to be held on 09.12.2020, at 10:00, due to the absence of the case rapporteur for objective reasons due to health issues, shall take place on Wednesday, 13.01.2021, at 10:00 h.

The adjudication panel for this case consists of judges:

Rapporteur:  Ina Rama

Members:  Albana Shtylla, Ardian Hajdari, Natasha Mulaj
