The Appeal Chamber announces that today, on 17.12.2020, after having reviewed and deliberated in camera the case (JR) no.7 / 2020, dated 05.02.2020, corresponding to the appeal lodged by the assessee Astrit Haxhialushi against decision no. 225, dated 07.01.2020 of the Independent Qualification Commission, pursuant to Article F, paragraph 3 of the Annex to the Constitution, Article 4, paragraph 5 of Law no. 84/2016 “On the transitional re-evaluation of judges and prosecutors in the Republic of Albania”, as well as based on Article 51, paragraph 1, item “b” of Law no. 49/2012 “On administrative courts and adjudication of administrative disputes”, as amended, decided to review the case in public hearing on Monday, 28.12.2020, at 10:00.
The decision to review the case in public hearing was made to give the assessee Astrit Haxhialushi the opportunity to be heard and defend himself regarding his case.
