Today, on 03.02.2021, at 10:00 h, the Appeal Chamber held the public hearing of case (JR) no.39/2019, dated 04.09.2019, corresponding to the appeal of the assessee Evelina Qirjako against decision no. 178, dated 08.07.2019, of the Independent Qualification Commission.
The assessee Mrs. Evelina Qirjako made available to the trial panel the decision no. 6, dated 26.01.2021, of Tirana Administrative Court of Appeal, related to her lawsuit before this court.
After withdrawing for consultation and being acquainted with the content of the decision in question, the trial panel, upon a majority vote, decided to collect this decision as evidence in the adjudication in the Appeal Chamber.
Following this procedural instance, the assessee Mrs. Evelina Qirjako declared the waiver from the request for the suspension of the trial in the Appeal Chamber and requested the continuation of the review of her appeal against the IQC decision no. 178, dated 08.07.2019.
The trial panel decided to continue the trial of the case, inviting the assessee, Mrs. Qirjako, to submit her claims with regard to the appeal filed with the AC.
The hearing continued with the submission of the assessee, Mrs. Evelina Qirjako, after which the trial panel decided to close the judicial review. Ms. Qirjako requested in her final conclusions the overruling of paragraph 2 of the IQC decision no. 178, dated 08.07.2019, taking into account the decision of Tirana Administrative Court of Appeal.
The presiding judge declared the adjourning of the hearing to the purpose of announcing the final decision, to be held on 12.02.2021, at 13:00h.
The public hearing will take place in the premises of the Appeal Chamber, at: Boulevard “Dëshmorët e Kombit”, no. 3, Tirana.
