The Appeal Chamber announces that the review in public hearing of the case (JR) no. 51/2019, dated 17.10.2019 corresponding to the appeal of the Public Commissioner against decision no. 169, dated 26.06.2019 of the Independent Qualification Commission, related to the re-evaluation of the assessee Regleta Panajoti, scheduled for Wednesday 24.06.2020, 10:00, due to objective reasons will be postponed and shall be held on Thursday 25.06.2020, 10:00 h.

The adjudication panel of this case is composed of judges:

Members:  Albana Shtylla, Ina Rama, Luan Daci

 

The public hearing shall be held at the premises of “Pallati i Koncerteve”, at: Bulevardi “Dëshmorët e Kombit”, Tirana
