The Appeal Chamber announces that the hearing in chambers of case (JR) no. 29/2020, dated 16.07.2020, pertaining to the appeal of the assessee Ardit Mustafaj against decision no. 245, dated 05.03.2020 of the Independent Qualification Commission, scheduled to be held on 05.07.2022, at 10:00, due to objective reasons of the International Observer, shall take place on Wednesday, 13.07.2022, at 10:00.

The trial panel of this case consists of judges:

    The Special Appeal Chamber announces that on Friday, 12.06.2026, at 10:00, a plenary session on the basis of documents shall be held for case (JD) 1/2023, dated 15.02.2023, with petitioner Shtjefën Lleshi, against decision no. 100, dated 16.07.2004, of the High Judicial Council (former High Council of Justice), with parties at trial, Mr. Shtjefën Lleshi and the High Judicial Council.
