The Appeal Chamber has registered the case (JR) no. 29/2022, dated 29.06.2022, pertaining to the appeal of the assessee Guximtar Boçi against decision no. 530, dated 10.05.2022, of the Independent Qualification Commission.

 

Today, on 06.07.2022, the Appeal Chamber held the lot procedure to appoint the trial panel, the presiding judge of this panel and the case rapporteur.

    The Appeal Chamber announces that on Tuesday, 27.01.2026, at 10:00, a plenary hearing shall take place on the basis of documents for the case (JD) 1/2022, dated 03.05.2024, with appellant Mimoza Margjeka, against decision no. 180, dated 09.04.2024 of the High Judicial Council, with interested parties the High Inspector of Justice and the High Judicial Council.
