The Appeal Chamber has registered case (JR) 3/2024, dated 18.01.2024, pertaining to the appeal of the assessee Blerina Muço against decision no. 711, dated 01.11.2023, of the Independent Qualification Commission.

On 24.01.2024, the Appeal Chamber held the lot procedure for the appointment of the trial panel, the presiding judge and the case rapporteur.
