The Appeal Chamber has registered the case (JR) no. 15/2024, dated 17.04.2024, corresponding to the appeal of the Public Commissioner and the appeal of the assessee Mimoza Margjeka filed against decision no. 739, dated 26.02.2024, of the Independent Qualification Commission.

On 24.04.2024, the Appeal Chamber held the lot drawing procedure for the replacement of judge Ardian Hajdari, appointed as member in the case (JR) no. 33/2021, dated 17.06.2021, corresponding to the appeal of the assessee Artan Hazbi filed against decision no. 375, dated 26.04.2021, of the Independent Qualification Commission.

The replacement of judge Ardian Hajdari was made due to his suspension from office by decision no. 13, dated 07.02.2022 of the Meeting of Judges of the Special Appeal Chamber.
