On 15.01.2025, the Appeal Chamber held the lot procedure to replace Judges Ardian Hajdari, and Natasha Mulaj appointed as a panel member in case (JR) no. 65/2021, dated 08.11.2021, pertaining to the appeal of the assessee Bujar Musta against decision no. 447, dated 17.09.2021, of the Independent Qualification Commission.

The replacement of Judge Ardian Hajdari was due to his suspension from office by decision no. 13, dated 07.02.2022 of the Meeting of Judges of the Appeal Chamber.

The replacement of Judge Natasha Mulaj was following her request to recuse from the trial of the case, such a request accepted by decision no. 2, dated 15.01.2025, by the trial panel composed of judges: Rezarta Schuetz (presiding judge), Sokol Çomo, Ina Rama, Albana Shtylla and Mimoza Tasi (members).

Following the lot procedure to appoint the member judges, the trial panel of case (JR) no. 65/2021, dated 08.11.2021, shall consist of the following judges:

Presiding: Ina Rama

Rapporteur: Rezarta Schuetz

Members: Sokol Çomo, Albana Shtylla, Mimoza Tasi

On 15.01.2025, the Appeal Chamber held the lot procedure to replace Judge Natasha Mulaj appointed as a panel member in case (JR) no. 73/2021, dated 24.11.2021, pertaining to the appeal of the assessee Izet Dushaj against decision no. 451, dated 23.09.2021, of the Independent Qualification Commission.

The replacement of Judge Natasha Mulaj was following her request to recuse from the trial of the case, such a request accepted by decision no. 4, dated 15.01.2025, by the trial panel composed of judges: Mimoza Tasi (presiding judge), Sokol Çomo, Ina Rama, Rezarta Schuetz and Albana Shtylla (members).

Following the lot procedure to appoint the member judge, the trial panel of case (JR) no. 73/2021, dated 24.11.2021, shall consist of the following judges:

Rapporteur: Sokol Çomo

Members: Albana Shtylla, Ina Rama, Mimoza Tasi

    On Monday, 02.02.2026, at 13:00, the Appeal Chamber shall consider in a public hearing case (JR) no. 46/2024, dated 11.11.2024, pertaining to the appeal of the Public Commissioner against decision no. 803, dated 01.10.2024 of the Independent Qualification Commission, related to the assessee Periand Teta.

    The trial panel of this case shall consist of the following judges:
