The Appeals Chamber has registered the case  No. 8/2018 JR, dated 12.07.2018 of the assessee Altina Xhoxhaj against  Decision no. 17 dated 03.05.2018 of the Independent Qualification Commission on the assessee Altina Xhoxhaj.

Today, on 16.07.2018, the AC cast the lost on the determination of the trial panel, the panel’s chairperson and the case rapporteur.

    On Monday, 16.02.2026, at 10:00, the Special Appeal Chamber shall consider in a public hearing case (JR) no. 44/2024, dated 11.11.2024, pertaining to the appeal of the Public Commissioner against decision no. 789, dated 25.07.2024 of the Independent Qualification Commission, related to the assessee Albana Palaj.

    The trial panel of this case shall consist of the following judges:
